A site profile should be readable back to its sources.
Feasibility work tends to run on impressions of who is good at what. Kelsey takes the opposite starting point: assemble the profile from records anyone can pull, keep the reasoning visible, and let the reader disagree with it on the evidence.
How a profile is assembled
Read the public recordRegistered study records, clinician and organization identity data, reported industry payments, and published literature are collected on a refresh cadence and stored as they were released.
Resolve the entitiesFacility names, investigator names and organizations are matched across sources so that the same site is not counted twice under different spellings.
Normalize the vocabularyCondition and intervention terms are mapped to a controlled vocabulary, so that a search for one therapeutic area does not silently miss records filed under a synonym.
Score, then citeSites are ranked using the same rules for every user, and each figure carries a pointer back to the record it was derived from.
What a profile does not tell you
It reflects the record as of the last refresh, not a live view of a site.
Activity that was never registered publicly does not appear, so absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
It informs site selection. It does not replace feasibility diligence, site qualification, or a conversation with the site itself.
It makes no prediction about enrollment or study outcomes.
Neutral, evidence-cited AI for clinical trial placement.
If a message from this domain reached you
We write to research sites and study coordinators for two reasons: because a study appears to fit the work a site already does, or because we want something we hold about that site checked and corrected. A person at Kelsey wrote the message, and a reply goes back to that person.
Corrections are welcome and are the fastest way to improve a profile. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix the record.
